No matter where you fit within Monsoon Accessorize, we all play a part in its success. You might be the face of our brands out in store; or perhaps you’re at our Distribution Centre making our customers happy by ensuring their products are packaged nicely for Home Delivery; you might even be keeping our people stress-free by ensuring their computer does what it’s supposed to do. Every person is working to completing the bigger Monsoon Accessorize picture and it’s something we never forget. Here’s how you’ll often hear us refer to our business areas.

Head Office – these are the support functions that help define our business strategy and creative vision. They then make it happen – whether that’s in relation to our products, our customers or our people. Merchandising, Buying, Design, Finance, IT, Technical Servicing and Sourcing, Marketing & Web, HR, Retail Operations, Property and Facilities and our International division all sit within our Head Office. 

Distribution Centre – as we grow this becomes an even more critical part of our business. Using air, sea and road, we are working to deliver innovative logistics solutions that will not only meet increasing demand, but to drive efficiencies and profit, whilst minimising the effect our activity has on our environment. Logistics, Warehouse and Fulfilment roles are all located within this area.

Retail – this covers our stores and field teams. These are the people that are driving our business on the high street. Customer service is at the heart of all they do, but they’re also commercially astute – harnessing their local knowledge to generate sales and profit. Sales Advisors, Brand Managers, Area and Country Managers are all part of our retail section.
