The Role
We have an exciting opportunity in our e-commerce team for an International Trading Manager. The E-commerce and Digital Marketing team is responsible for providing an effective on-line presence to ensure we achieve multi-channel customer engagement. This role will ultimately be responsible for developing the E-commerce International growth strategy to drive improvements and growth in the e-commerce customer channel. To maximise the ability to deliver the global E-commerce growth plans within each International market through the design and delivery of websites which support Brand loyalty both culturally, aesthetically and transitionally.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage the budget for the development of all new international websites, ensuring all design and content creations are both cost-effective and on-brand
Take responsibility for the development of all new international website models, ensuring they are the right cultural and content fit, whilst meeting marketing brand requirements within each market
Work as a business partner with International Country Managers and other key stakeholders, to ensure the development of new international websites is aligned to the overall international business strategy
Take ownership for the delivery schedule of the global website business plan, working with key stakeholders within the business to ensure commitment and support for the launch of all new websites
Take ownership for ensuring the team continually enhance the quality of product presentation online for all new international websites
Ensure a robust process is in place for end to end project management of all new international websites, including reward card, web enabled stores, click and collect and mobile and international brand outreach, which involves all key stakeholders
Create a robust process for analysing site behaviour, and customer experiences
Lead the team to take ownership for the trade, analytics, project management, merchandising, content and strategic planning of all international websites
Work with key stakeholders within the Supply Chain to optimise customer service and the fulfilment processes, including multi hub operations for all new international websites
Lead the delivery of future web solutions for the business, including the design and development, hosting packages, technical support and on-line marketing campaigns.
The Individual
You will have previous project management experience within an ecommerce team and have excellent people management skills and proven experience in the delivery of ecommerce projects. Your online experience will help to create a first class online experience for our customers and develop each websites front-end strategy, plan and budget.
