We were founded in 1973 by Peter Simon, who started by selling hand-block print dresses from India and Afghanistan in Portobello Market. We're now looking for exceptional retail managers to join us, people who will reflect the passion we have for our product and be proud to be a part of delivering a great experience for the Monsoon Accessorize customer.

You will lead the way, providing direction for the whole team as well as developing the individuals within your store.

You will have worked in a KPI focussed role and be driven by results and in improving the performance of your store, managing it as if it were your own business.
