Performance Development Review

  • We live in a fast moving world and constantly experience changes all around us, for example in technology, organisational structures and relationships with our colleagues.  To cope with the ever-changing workplace we need to actively manage our own performance and invest in our own personal development.  The annual Performance Development Review allows you and your manager to review past performance and set objectives for the coming year and your agreed personal development plan will support you on your career path journey.
